USN is working with the Ohio Board of Nursing to help RNs obtain a temporary license to work the upcoming strike in Ohio.
U.S. Nursing will reimburse your fees up to $65 and assist you through the process if you apply between April 28 - May 10, 2019.
How to Apply For a Radiologic License
Radiologic License Application – New License
- Application fee - $65
- You must currently be registered as a radiographer from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
You will be reimbursed up to $65 within 4 weeks. Reimbursement includes the cost of the license application fee. All receipts must be received by May 10, 2019 in order to be reimbursed. If you have never completed an assignment with Fastaff or U.S. Nursing, you must provide a W-9 form with your receipt to be reimbursed. Send proof of online payment or renewal receipts to a strike recruiter or email USNLicensing@fastaff.com.
