Preparing Your Required Documents
Having your documents up-to-date and organized before you arrive on-site will make your check-in process easier. You'll need to bring them with you to the job action site and present them during induction.
Standard file requirements include things like your completed Skills Checklist, copies of your certifications, a copy of your active nursing license in the state where you'll be working and other important documents.

Licensure Reimbursement Program
USN wants you to have the option of working in any state across the United States. If you apply for a new or renewed state license, and accept and complete a USN assignment in that same state, we may reimburse your fees*.

Travel & Housing
When a job action takes place, you may be called to deploy with minimal notice. Travel to and from the action site, housing during your stay and travel to and from each shift are provided by USN so that you can focus on arriving at the facility safely and seeing patients.
Not only are your flight and mileage (if driving to the site) paid for, they’re arranged for you too. All you have to do is pack and fly, following your deployment instructions.
