Earn Referral Bonuses

Refer a California licensed RN who is new to USN and if they complete an assignment with us, we'll pay you $1,000 for each qualified referral.

To qualify for a referral bonus:

• Referring RN must have an active profile and be in good standing with Ingenovis Health.

• The referred person must be new to USN's system. The referred person must create their profile with USN within 90 days of your referral.

• The RN must have recent Transplant or Transplant Coordinator experience.

• The referred person must successfully complete a USN job action. They must be a licensed or certified healthcare professional and meet all position requirements.

• You need to complete the form below before the referred person completes their application with USN

• You must notify us when the referred person completes their first assignment. This is not an automated system. You can complete the form below or email us at strikealerts@usnursing.com
