Steps 1, 2, 3: Required for all Specialties
Step 1: Account Claiming for Facility Access
Our client requires you to claim your account before arriving on‑site so you can access their systems and equipment. Use the link below to follow the step‑by‑step instructions. Please complete each step carefully. You must attempt this process. If you are unable to claim your account, support is available by phone using the number and hours listed in the attached document, and on‑site support will also be available. Please note: U.S. Nursing cannot troubleshoot technical issues. If you need assistance before arrival, call the support line listed in the document for support.
Step 2: Epic Attestation
We are gathering information about your Epic training and prior experience. Please click the link below to complete a brief attestation. Your responses will not affect your offer status. You will be asked to enter your first and last name, as well as your primary email address. Be sure to use the same email address where you received your landing page details so we can accurately match your responses. The survey takes approximately one minute to complete.
Step 3: OSHA Form for Fit Testing
Our client requires that you complete the attached OSHA form for fit testing. Please use the guidance below when filling it out: Instructions for completing the form: Leave the following fields blank: Department name, Employee ID, Ministry For question 1, select yes For question 2, select N-95 and PAPR Click submit when finished.
Steps 4 & 5: Policies & Procedures
Step 4: RN Only - Review Policies & Procedures
This step is for RNs ONLY. If you are not an RN, please skip and move to ALLIED Policies & Procedures. Our client is requesting that all RNs review the entirety of the content related to their policies and procedures contained here. Please click on the button below to access. The estimated amount of time it will take to complete this section is 3 hours.
Step 4: ALLIED Only - Review Policies & Procedures
This step is for Allied positions only. If you are not in an allied position, please return to the RN only section. Our client is requesting that all allied personnel review the entirety of the content related to their policies & procedures. Please click on the button below to access. The estimated amount of time it will take to complete this section is 1 hour.
Step 5: Safe Patient Handling Instruction Videos
All RNs, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists MUST view these videos. If you are a Case Manager, Dietician, Clinical Lab Scientist, Pharmacist or Social Worker, please skip this step. Please watch all of the safe patient handling videos listed below in their entirety. Click 'Play All' to view all videos. As a reminder, patient lift equipment should never be used alone—all lifts require two or more people to operate safely. If you have any questions during your assignment, your Preceptors, Core Leaders, and the Professional Practice Teams are available to support you. Please reach out to them as needed while on-site. The total video runtime is approximately 51 minutes.
