Step 1: Account Claiming for Facility Access
Our client requires you to claim your account before arriving on‑site so you can access their systems and equipment. Use the link below to follow the step‑by‑step instructions. Please complete each step carefully. You must attempt this process. If you are unable to claim your account, support is available by phone using the number and hours listed in the attached document, and on‑site support will also be available. Please note: U.S. Nursing cannot troubleshoot technical issues. If you need assistance before arrival, call the support line listed in the document for support.
Step 2: Epic Attestation
We are gathering information about your Epic training and prior experience. Please click the link below to complete a brief attestation. Your responses will not affect your offer status. You will be asked to enter your first and last name, as well as your primary email address. Be sure to use the same email address where you received your landing page details so we can accurately match your responses. The survey takes approximately one minute to complete.
Step 3: Safe Patient Handling Instruction Videos
If you are a CASE MANAGER or ANTEPARTUM, please skip this step. All other specialties, please watch all of the safe patient handling videos listed below in their entirety. Click 'Play All' to view all videos. As a reminder, patient lift equipment should never be used alone—all lifts require two or more people to operate safely. If you have any questions during your assignment, your Preceptors, Core Leaders, and the Professional Practice Teams are available to support you. Please reach out to them as needed while on-site. The total video runtime is approximately 40 minutes.
